1. Scope of These Terms
These terms govern use of the ATC website and the placement of orders and purchase of products, software or services offered by Al-Taqaddum for Computers and Information Technology.
Completing an order means that the customer accepts the version of the terms and policies in force and referenced on the checkout page, without limiting any rights granted by Libyan law.
2. Seller Information and Contact
The company information and official contact methods are displayed on the website and contact pages.
Customers should use ATC's official channels for inquiries relating to an order, payment or warranty.
3. Account
- The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep login credentials confidential.
- The user may not impersonate another person or use the account for unlawful activity or to harm the website or other users.
- If unauthorized access is suspected, the password should be changed and support should be contacted.
- When using the website to enter into a transaction, the user confirms that they have the necessary legal capacity or are acting under appropriate legal supervision or authorization.
4. Product Information and Prices
We make reasonable efforts to display names, specifications, images, prices and stock accurately.
Image colors may vary slightly depending on the screen, and unintentional errors may occur in descriptions or prices.
If a material error is discovered before fulfillment, ATC will contact the customer to correct it or cancel the affected item and refund any amount collected for it where applicable.
The price applicable to the customer is the final price shown in the specified currency when the order is confirmed, together with the shipping charges and discounts shown before final confirmation.
5. Creating an Order
Before creating an order, the customer can review the cart, address, shipping method, payment method and total.
Having a product in the cart does not constitute a final reservation of stock.
The order is recorded after it is successfully created in the system, and payment status remains subject to confirmation by the payment method used.
6. Payment
The payment methods enabled at the time of the order are available to the customer.
When an external payment gateway is used, the transaction is not considered paid merely because a payment link was opened.
ATC relies on the confirmed status received from the gateway or the approved verification process in the system.
7. Availability and Cancellation
If a product or service becomes unavailable after the order is created, ATC will contact the customer and take the appropriate action, including cancellation of the affected item or order and refund of the amount paid where applicable.
These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer right provided by law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
The shipping and delivery policy in force at the time of the order applies.
Shipping charges and the estimated delivery period depend on the location, shipping company and available service.
The customer must ensure that recipient, address and phone details are correct.
9. Warranty, Replacement and Returns
The warranty, replacement and returns policy in force at the time of the order applies.
The warranty period for each product and any additional commercial return period, if available, are shown on the product page or in the order details and are retained with the purchase record.
10. Software, Licenses and Digital Services
Software, licenses or digital services may be linked to an account, organization, device or activation key, and the service may begin immediately at the customer's request.
After activation, delivery of a key, or commencement of a customized service, cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the nature of the digital product, applicable law and the relevant policy.
11. Intellectual Property
Original website content, including its design, text, software and ATC logos, is protected and may not be copied or commercially republished without permission.
Product trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12. Website Availability
We seek to keep the website and services available, but maintenance, failures or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
This does not affect the customer's legal rights relating to a confirmed order or an amount already paid.
13. Amendments
These terms may be updated for future transactions.
An order retains a copy of the policies in force when it is created, so a later version does not apply retroactively to the terms of an earlier order unless it is more favorable to the customer or required by law.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are interpreted within the framework of the laws in force in the State of Libya.
If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal rule, that legal rule applies to the extent of the conflict and the remaining provisions continue in effect.
