1. Payment Methods
The checkout page displays the payment methods that are available and enabled at the time of purchase.
These may include a local wallet, electronic payment gateways or other methods approved by ATC.
2. Payment Status
Creating an order does not always mean that payment has succeeded.
For transactions processed through external payment gateways, ATC relies on the final status confirmed by the gateway or by a trusted verification process in the system.
If a payment link is created but the transaction is not completed, the order remains unpaid until a valid confirmation is received.
3. Payment Data Security
When payment is completed on an external gateway page, sensitive payment data is entered with the payment provider in accordance with that provider's system and policies.
ATC retains the references, status, amount and technical information necessary to prove and follow up the transaction.
ATC does not need to store confidential card data merely to complete this type of payment.
4. Refunds
Where a customer is entitled to a refund because of a valid cancellation, an accepted return, product unavailability or another reason requiring repayment, ATC initiates the refund after verifying the order status and the amount due.
5. Refund Method
As a general rule, the amount is returned to the original payment method where the gateway or payment method supports this.
If that is technically unavailable, ATC contacts the customer to select an appropriate documented method, subject to identity-verification and fraud-prevention requirements.
6. Timing
Where applicable law specifies a period for refunding an amount, ATC complies with that period.
After ATC processes the refund, the payment gateway or bank may require additional processing time before the amount appears in the customer's account.
This additional period is not fully under ATC's control.
7. Fees and Shipping Charges
Whether shipping charges or other associated fees are refundable depends on the reason for the return, applicable law and the policy in force.
If the reason is a defect, non-conformity or an error by ATC, the charges are handled in accordance with the customer's applicable rights.
An optional cancellation or return may be subject to actual disclosed costs where legally permitted.
8. Disputes or Mismatched Transactions
If the customer notices an incorrect amount or a payment status that does not match the actual transaction, the customer should contact ATC and provide the order number and transaction reference.
A screenshot alone may not be treated as final proof that payment succeeded if the gateway did not confirm the transaction.
Reconciliation is performed using the reliable records available.
