1. Purpose of This Policy
This policy explains how warranty, replacement and returns are handled for ATC products.
It does not limit any mandatory consumer right under Libyan law.
2. If a Product Is Non-Conforming or Delivery Is Delayed
If a product arrives in a condition that does not conform to the terms of sale, or the agreed delivery time is not respected, the rights provided by law apply, including a right of return in the cases and within the periods specified by law.
Where a statutory return is accepted, the amount and any recoverable costs are refunded in accordance with the legally applicable procedure and period.
3. Visible or Hidden Defects
A visible or hidden manufacturing defect is handled separately from a simple change of mind.
ATC may require inspection of the product to determine the nature of the defect.
After inspection, the appropriate solution is selected in accordance with the warranty and applicable law, such as repair, replacement or refund where required or appropriate.
4. Warranty Period
There is no single warranty period for all products.
The applicable warranty period is the period displayed for the product at the time of purchase and retained in the order details, invoice or order record.
If the recorded warranty period is zero, this means there is no additional commercial warranty from ATC.
It does not remove rights relating to a defect or non-conformity provided by law.
5. Additional Commercial Return of a Non-Defective Product
ATC may allow a non-defective product to be returned within the Return Window specified for that product, provided that returns are allowed for that product type and the product remains in its original condition with its packaging, accessories, gifts and serial number, where applicable.
If the recorded return period is zero, there is no additional commercial return period for a simple change of mind, while statutory rights relating to defects or non-conformity remain unaffected.
6. Product Condition and Accessories
When a return or replacement is requested, the following may be required:
- The product itself with all accessories, manuals and package contents.
- The original packaging where it is necessary to identify or protect the product.
- Proof of purchase or the order number.
- The serial number or warranty labels, where present, must not be removed or tampered with.
- Gifts associated with the product must be returned if entitlement to them depended on the purchase.
7. Situations That May Fall Outside the Commercial Warranty
Subject to statutory rights, the commercial warranty may not cover faults caused by misuse, breakage or impact, liquids, burning or an unsuitable power source, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, or damage caused by customer negligence.
These exclusions may not be used to reject a manufacturing defect or non-conformity that is unrelated to misuse.
8. Software and Digital Materials
Software, a license, activation key or digital service that has been delivered or activated may not be returnable merely because the customer changed their mind after use has begun.
This is subject to applicable law and cases involving a defect, non-conformity or failure to provide the service as agreed.
9. How to Request Warranty Service or a Return
- Open the order from your account or contact ATC Support.
- Provide the order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach photographs or documents where needed.
- An After-Sales case may be opened for inspection and follow-up.
- Do not send the product to any party before receiving delivery or shipping instructions from ATC.
10. Return Costs
If the reason for the return is a confirmed defect, an incorrect product or non-conformity attributable to ATC, return costs are handled in accordance with the law and the circumstances of the order.
For an optional commercial return of a non-defective product, the customer may bear return-shipping costs where this is clearly stated and legally permitted.
11. Refund
Where a refund is due, ATC processes it in accordance with the Payment & Refund Policy and through the original payment method where possible.
The payment gateway or bank may require additional time to display the amount after ATC has processed the refund.
12. Preserving the Terms of the Order
At the time of purchase, the system retains the product warranty period, return period and the version of the policy in force so that later changes to the product or policy do not alter the historical terms of the order.
