1. Shipping Coverage
ATC provides shipping to the areas shown as available on the checkout page within Libya.
Available shipping companies and services may vary by municipality or area.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated on the checkout page according to the delivery address, shipping company and rules enabled in the system.
The customer sees the shipping charge before confirming the order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
ATC displays an estimated delivery time based on data from the shipping company and the selected route.
The estimated period is not an absolute promise where force majeure or operational circumstances beyond our control arise.
This does not limit the customer's legal rights if the agreed delivery period is not respected.
4. Accuracy of the Address
The customer is responsible for entering the recipient name, phone number, municipality, area and address details accurately.
Incorrect information may cause delay or additional cost for which ATC is not responsible where the error was not caused by ATC.
5. Tracking and Updates
Where tracking is available, the tracking number and shipment status appear in the customer's account.
Displayed statuses depend on data received from the ATC system or the shipping company.
6. Checking the Delivery
The customer should, as far as reasonably possible, check the external condition of the shipment upon delivery.
If obvious shipment damage is found or an incorrect product is received, the customer should contact ATC as soon as possible and provide available photographs or evidence to facilitate handling of the issue.
7. Product Unavailability
If a product or service is found to be unavailable after the order is placed, ATC will inform the customer and handle the order in accordance with applicable law, including refunding the amount paid where required.
8. Delay or Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or the recipient does not respond, the shipment may be rescheduled or returned according to the shipping company's procedures.
Additional charges may arise where the cause is not attributable to ATC.
Delay or failure attributable to the seller is handled in accordance with the customer's rights under applicable law.
9. Transition to After-Sales Support
After delivery, any issue involving a defect, incorrect product, warranty, replacement or return is transferred to the warranty and after-sales process and is governed by the Warranty, Replacement & Returns Policy.
